Rabih Jaber
Biography

Rabih Jaber came to Sweden in 1990 as an infant war refugee from Lebanon. While growing up in Sweden he played high level youth football/soccer but in his early teens his big love, music, took over his life. He consumed tons of music and his deep passion for songwriting and singing rapidly evolved. In 2009 Rabih entered the highly prolific TV-talent show Idol Sweden and the Swedish public embraced Rabih’s charismatic and original voice. He eventually finished Top 7 in the competition and had by then created quite a sizeable fan base.

Shortly thereafter he enrolled ”Let’s Dance” – one of Sweden’s most popular TV-entertainment shows. His Swedish chart-topping hit single ”Hurricane” built his brand stronger and with his media-career up and running Rabih began write his own material. Rabih aims to write recognizable songs that leaves you with a pleasant feeling and that you want to hear again and again. He also believes that a good song can be sung a cappella.

In February 2017 he signed a worldwide music publishing deal with EKKO Music Rights Europe and has since then collaborated with international top writers like Kendrick Dean, Dsign Music, John Reid, Carl Ryden and Will Simms – who are all singing his praises. In January 2017 his single “Pop Dat Buckle” was released with Aussie popstars Justice Crew (Sony Music). Soon thereafter it was crowned most added song on Australian radio. Rabih’s now got open invitations to write in the US and UK and we are currently filling his agenda with writing sessions.

We will hear a lot from this very talented man in the near future!
